    Our coaching is designed for professionals and leaders who want to refine their leadership style and build high-performing, engaged, and autonomous teams. These sessions are most effective when you approach them with an open mind, ready to explore new strategies and make meaningful adjustments that drive real results.
  • Do you offer 1:1 Coaching?
    Yes! We highly encourage you to contact us via the form on our website or through our social media. This is your opportunity to gain clear insights into our coaching process, define your short- and long-term goals, and develop a powerful, results-driven strategy to elevate your leadership and career success. Let’s take the first step together!
  • What's the time commitment?
    The one-on-one coaching sessions last one hour. For optimal results, we recommend a commitment of at least six sessions, typically spread over three to six months to ensure meaningful progress and lasting impact. Group coaching and Team coaching sessions can range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes per session for a minimum of six to eight sessions about once or twice per month over a three to six month period. Clients could commitment to as many as 12 sessions depending on their desired goals.
  • How do I decide which service is best for me?
    To determine the best service for you, start by contacting us via our website contact form or our social media to book a complimentary discovery call and complete a brief intake questionnaire. During the call, we’ll review your responses, discuss your goals, and assess whether we’re a good fit. Based on our conversation, we should be able to decide whether you will need the one-on-one private Leadership Performance and Executive Coaching, Group Coaching, or Team Coaching. Next we will customize a coaching package with pricing included for your review. Once you confirm your services, we’ll finalize the agreement, process payment, and begin your coaching journey.
  • Am I guaranteed a promotion?
    While I would love to be able to guarantee a promotion, I cannot. However, I can ensure that we will give you the tools, techniques, and support to clarify what you want, articulate your worth, lead yourself and a team strategically, and advance to the next level in your career.
  • Do I have to assign a coaching agreement?
    Yes, before starting coaching, you must review and sign a coaching agreement. This agreement outlines expectations, responsibilities, and confidentiality, ensuring a clear, professional, and goal-oriented coaching relationship. It protects both the coach and coachee’s interests while fostering accountability and commitment throughout the coaching process.
